Over 70 thousand people received job offers at the federal stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair, which took place simultaneously at 2,395 venues. In total, over 430 thousand vacancies were presented by 20 thousand employers.
“The federal stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair has, according to preliminary data, brought together over 400 thousand participants and more than 20 thousand employers who offered over 430 thousand job vacancies,” reported Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
By most indicators, the leader was the Volga Federal District: over 100 thousand participants, 4.3 thousand employers, about 110 thousand vacancies, and 593 venues. The Central Federal District showed the highest result in the number of job seekers who received job offers – nearly 19 thousand people.
“According to operational monitoring, more than 70 thousand people received job offers at the federal stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair. We will continue to monitor how quickly job seekers can start working. After the regional stage in April, over 66 thousand people have already been employed. It is especially important that the fair’s format allows for meeting a wide range of participants’ requests – from first steps in a profession to radical career changes. Today, job offers were also received by graduates of educational institutions, participants in the special operation, and citizens with disabilities,” said Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov.
Visitors to the fair were awaited not only by meetings with employers but also by a rich educational program: workshops involving AI, quizzes in VR environments, career guidance quests, and professional trials. In 64 regions, a Festival of Professions took place where participants familiarized themselves with in-demand specialties and modern employment formats.
Special attention was given to working with veterans of the special operation and their family members – consultation points were available for them to learn about the support measures available, and master classes and psychological training sessions were organized.
Recall that the All-Russian Employment Fair has been held since 2023 by order of the President of Russia. Since 2025, the event has been included in the national project “Personnel.”
The organizer of the fair is the Ministry of Labor with the participation of RSPP, FNPR, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Rostrud, and with the support of the NGO “National Priorities”.
