From 2027, regions will be able to receive federal subsidies for the purchase and installation of equipment for the creation or modernization of football fields with artificial turf as part of the state program “Development of Physical Culture and Sports.” The decree on the rules for providing and distributing state support for these purposes was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
