Marat Husnullin held a working meeting with the head of the Republic of Tyva, Vladislav Khovalyg.
Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin held a working meeting with the head of the Tuva Republic, Vladislav Khovalyg, during which the parties discussed the socio-economic development of the region.
“The Republic of Tuva is an important region of Siberia with great potential and growing indicators in certain areas. For example, in 2025 Tuva put into operation 466.9 thousand square meters of housing — almost 1.4 square meters per person. This is above the average Russian figure. It is important to preserve this dynamic in the current year. In addition, it is necessary to involve land plots in turnover more actively, to strengthen work on the modernization of communal infrastructure. I ask Vladislav Tovarishtaev and his team to promptly solve the tasks at hand and systematize processes,” said Marat Khusnullin.
The republic’s road network consists of more than 1 thousand km, of which 68.2% meet the standards. By the end of 2025, the share of regional roads meeting the standards exceeded the planned values and reached 54.15%.
Within the framework of the modernization of housing and communal services at the expense of treasury infrastructure credits (TIC), the region was previously approved for 2 projects for the construction of heating networks with a total cost of 446.9 million rubles, of which TIC funds amount to 357.5 million rubles.
“Attention from the federal center to the development of Tuva is extremely important for us. The republic has serious potential,” and we see how, with the support of the country’s leadership, it is possible to achieve results – for example, in housing construction. We will synchronize the construction of housing with the provision of infrastructure, more actively involve land plots in circulation, and implement projects for the modernization of communal networks. I thank Marat Shakirzyanovich for the constructive dialogue and attention to the needs of our region.””We will take all assignments into work, we will ensure clear coordination,” noted the head of the Republic of Tuva, Vladislav Khovalyg.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of housing construction and support for citizens when purchasing housing, including the use of preferential mortgage programs for families with children, synchronization of housing construction with the provision of engineering infrastructure, as well as the involvement of land plots in the turnover for housing construction.
