Lima, June 24 /Xin Hua/ — Keiko Fujimori, the candidate from the right-wing party ‘Popular Force’, is leading in the second round of the presidential elections in Peru. Such data was published by the National Office of Electoral Processes on its website after processing 99.859 percent of the ballots.
According to real-time results, K. Fujimori received 50.118 percent of valid votes, while her opponent Roberto Sanchez from the left-wing party “Together for Peru” received 49.882 percent.
