GUU and the “Federal Scientific Agroengineering Center VIM” (FSBEI FNAZ VIM) will conduct tests of a waste processing module at the enterprise “Plemreproduktor Vasilyevskoe.”

This was agreed upon at a meeting in the Sergiev Posad district on the enterprise’s territory.

Director of the Center for Engineering Project Management, leading research associate of the Laboratory of Reverse Engineering Vladimir Filatov, senior research associate of the Department of Scientific Activity Management and Coordination of Scientific Research Denis Serdechny and assistant of the Department of Information Systems of the Institute of Information Systems Nikita Akinshin introduced colleagues to a large scientific project in the field of APC (Automated Process Control), implemented by GUU.

Scientists of GUU presented the interface developed as part of the digital APK management platform project, demonstrated the capabilities of the intelligent decision support system for managerial tasks in modern agriculture, and talked about the integration of the jointly developed system with colleagues into a digital management platform of the higher level.

Immediately after the installation for anaerobic processing of organic waste, colleagues from FGBNU FNAC VIM introduced: head of the Bioenergetic Technologies laboratory Dmitry Kovalyov and the head of the scientific direction “Robotics and digitization of animal husbandry” Dmitry Pavkin. They explained that during operation two products are formed – biogas and effluent. These products are then sent to a bioreactor for growing microalgae biomass with chlorella. On the water surface, biomass of microalgae Chlorella is obtained – a source of vitamins and proteins – and a mixture of methane and oxygen, which will subsequently be directed to the reactor to produce biomass that serves as protein feed.

The General Director of CJSC “PL Vasilyevskoe”, Sergey Goryachev, positively assessed the achievements of the scientific team and also contributed to the testing of the solutions being developed at the facilities of his enterprise.

The start of the pilot operation is planned for autumn 2026.
