The initiators were the Moscow State Linguistic University and Heilongjiang University.

Let us remind you that the Russian-Chinese double degree program has been implemented at GUU since 2014. Today, our university has agreements on cooperation with six higher educational institutions of China in a wide range of fields, from joint educational programs to participation in summer scientific schools.
