On the past weekends, June 20 and 21, the second stage of the Championship and Republic of Tatarstan Karting on the PAO “KAMAZ” Cup took place in Naberezhnye Chelny. As part of the event, the opening of the renovated track of the “KAMAZ” kartodrome was also held.

The updated track immediately underwent a durability test with speed and sharp turns: pilots competed fiercely for victory in the second stage of the Championship and Republic of Tatarstan Karting Cup “KAMAZ”. 120 participants from Naberezhnye Chelny, Kazan, Ufa, Samara, Kirov, Togliatti, Yekaterinburg and other cities fought for the title of the fastest. Winners and prize-winners of the competition were determined in ten sports classes. In addition, races of the SMP Academy 4T were held, where the youngest participants aged six to eight competed.And for the viewers and guests of the event, the organizers prepared an exhibition of the combat equipment of the “KAMAZ-master” team, children’s animation, and a special workshop where kids were taught how to service racing equipment.
As a result of the team competition, the first step of the podium was taken by the “KAMAZ-master Unior-1” team from Naberezhnye Chelny. Silver was won by the Sodi Russian Team from Leninogorsk, and the top three was completed by the strongest representatives of Avtograd – the pilots of “KAMAZ-master Unior-2”.
