Order dated June 15, 2026 No. 1482-r
The list of projects financed under government programs, as well as from the National Welfare Fund (NWF), has been supplemented with 25 new positions. The order regarding this has been signed.
The speech is about projects that are already being implemented in the fields of healthcare, education and science, road and housing and communal services, urban improvement.
In particular, the list includes the construction of the Kamchatka Regional Hospital (phase 2), the regional maternity hospital in Magadan, the pediatric infectious diseases hospital in Omsk, the regional children’s hospital in Tver, the children’s hospital complex in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, the multiprofile medical center in Magnitogorsk, and the reconstruction of the buildings of the city clinical emergency hospital in Taganrog.
In addition, the list is supplemented by positions envisaging the construction of a building for innovative hematology and cell therapy of the National Medical Research Center of Hematology, the interuniversity campus of global level “Baikal” and the global level campus “Merkuriy” of the P.A. Solovyov Rybinsk State Aviation Technical University.
List of positions dedicated to the construction and reconstruction of roads. Among them are sections of highways P-215 Astrahan – Kochubey – Kizlyar – Makhachkala, R-256 “Chuiskiy Trakt”, A-121 “Sortavala”, R-21 “Kola”, R-22 “Kaspii”.
Also in the updated list – construction of the embankment from the promenade in the city of Svetlogorsk to the port in the city of Pionersky, Kaliningrad region, reconstruction of treatment facilities in Yevpatoria, construction of a water intake on the Assa River in Ingushetia.
Projects listed in the register are subject to special control by government authorities. Such monitoring allows for the exclusion of corrupt violations and increases the efficiency of the use of budget funds and FNBF resources.
