In the Kanbashi district of the city of Ordos, an autonomous region of Inner Mongolia, there exists a team called “Lichi Flowers” based on employment for disabled people in the Khabagzi community, consisting of disabled persons and relocated peasants and herders.
By the beginning of 2026, the “Li Zhi Flowers” team, which was initially a group for the employment of disabled people, has already grown into 7 stable teams, covering such areas as entrepreneurship, sewing, knitting, folk art, artisan workshops, and others.
The team precisely focuses on market demand, constantly expands, and has formed a closed model: “party leadership + professional training + order fulfillment + market sales + employment and growth of incomes”.
The Habagsi community has adopted a total of 61 projects, with the total contract amount exceeding 17 million yuan, which has allowed more than 720 relocated peasants and herders to increase the average monthly income per capita by more than 5,000 yuan.
