Recently, the patrol ship of the China Coast Guard “Chuangshan”, which was serving in the waters of the South China Sea, during a patrol break, conducted unusual sports games on the deck with a ship of the PLA Navy “Qin Aisu” that was moored in the same area. Coast Guard personnel and Navy sailors competed in push-ups, pull-ups, planks, first aid at sea, rope pulling, and other disciplines. The deck sports games not only helped the participants strengthen their physical fitness and improve their skills, but also allowed the Coast Guard personnel to relieve the physical and psychological tension accumulated during prolonged time at sea.
