On the long three-day weekends (from June 12 to 14), dedicated to the celebration of Russia Day, some social institutions in the capital will operate according to a special schedule. This was reported byAnastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.

Polyclinics, trauma centers, and veterinary clinics
Adult polyclinics will operate on June 12 and 14 from 09:00 to 16:00, and on June 13 from 09:00 to 18:00. Home care units, duty doctor offices, issuance of certificates and referrals will be open during the working hours of the institutions on these days.
Children’s clinics on June 12 and 14 will provide home assistance from 09:00 to 15:00, with call reception carried out through the unified medical reference service 122. At the same time, on June 13, assistance will be provided from 09:00 to 15:00 both at the clinic and at home.
Women’s health centers and women’s consultations on June 12 and 14 accept visitors from 09:00 to 16:00, on June 13 — from 09:00 to 18:00.
The working hours of adult and children’s trauma centers will not change. Milk distribution points during the holidays will also follow the usual schedule — from 06:30 to 15:00. Duty pharmacies will operate around the clock on all holidays.
The operating hours of the state veterinary clinics of the capital on June 12 will not change; doctors will continue to accept pets according to the usual schedule. At the same time, the Nizhny Novgorod veterinary section (Staroobryadcheskaya Street, building 30b) will be closed for scheduled repairs starting June 10.
Educational institutions, centers of Moscow longevity, and reading rooms
Schools and colleges are currently on holiday. The schedule of additional education centers can be viewed on the organizations’ websites.
Moscow longevity centers will be closed to visitors on Russia Day. On the remaining days, they operate according to the usual schedule: on Sunday — only flagship centers, on Saturday — all the others.
Due to the holidays, the schedule of the main reading rooms will also change. On June 11, they will be open from 12:00 to 19:00; June 12–14 are non-working days. On June 15, the reading rooms will start work at 09:30.
Psychological assistance and social support
Round-the-clock psychological support can be obtained by calling the emergency psychological assistance phone number 051 (from a landline), +7 495 051 (from a mobile phone). You can also call this number if there is a need to provide emergency social assistance to a child, or to report messages about cruelty.
The Unified Support Center for participants of the special military operation and their family members works on holidays in the usual mode — from 09:00 to 21:00.
For assistance to those who have nowhere to go, the reception department and the “Dmitrovskoye” department of the E.P. Registry offices and wedding palaces
The structural units of the Moscow Registry Office Department have a shortened working day on June 11 before the holiday. On Russia Day, it will be possible to get married at the marriage registration palace “Yuzhnoye Butovo”, No. 1, 4, at the Kutuzovsky and Mitinsky palaces, as well as at the platform of the Moscow Mayor’s project “New Addresses of Happiness.” You can submit a marriage application online on the public services portal and mos.ru. The state fee is 350 rubles.
Starting from June 13, all marriage registration offices in Moscow will operate in normal mode.
The archive and information department of the Moscow Civil Registry Office will not be operating from June 12 to 14.
