In the 50th Anniversary of October Park, as part of the “Gardens and Vegetable Gardens” festival, there will be a fermentation workshop. Participants will get acquainted with the basics of fermentation, the role of salt and ferments in preservation.
Under the supervision of the master, they prepare the vegetables, pour hot brine over them, and as a result, get their own jar with fermented products, which can be taken with them.
The event is aimed at familiarizing with fermentation technology.
