The advanced development territory (TO) “Miraĭlovsky” in Primorsky Krai will be expanded by incorporating additional land plots in the Lesozavodsk urban district. The resolution on this has been signed.

On the annexed territory with an area of 62.2 hectares, it is planned to build automobile and railway customs-logistics terminals. It is proposed to organize inspection and temporary cargo storage points there. The project implementation will allow increasing the capabilities of the existing border customs-logistics infrastructure.

Investor investments in these projects exceed 2 billion rubles. In addition, about 200 jobs will be created.

TOPAL is a special instrument for territorial development, designed to stimulate priority economic sectors and attract new investors. Resident companies have access to a wide range of benefits and preferences, including the free customs zone procedure.

The signed document contains amendments to the Government Resolution of August 21, 2015 No. 878.
