The message notes that, according to the agreements reached on May 26 during a brief visit of U.S. Secretary of State Mark Rubio to Yerevan, the parties signed this agreement remotely. M. Rubio signed the document on June 1.
“I have just signed the TRIPP framework agreement between Armenia and the USA. Remember, on May 26, it was initialed by me and US Secretary of State Mark Rubio during his visit to Yerevan. Mark Rubio signed the document that was delivered to Yerevan, and now I have signed it on behalf of the Armenian side, thus completing the remote signing of the document and it is ready for ratification,” said A.
