Dubai, April 4 /Xinhua/ — Debris from a downed aerial target fell on the building of the American company Oracle in Dubai (UAE); no casualties have been reported, the Dubai press service announced on Saturday.
Fragments fell onto the building facade, causing minor damage, according to the report.
Earlier on the same day, a similar incident occurred in the Dubai Marina area, where debris also hit the facade of one of the buildings as a result of the operation of the air defense systems. No casualties or fires were reported.
The authorities stated that the debris was formed as a result of a successful interception in mid-air, and called on the public to rely on official sources for obtaining updated information.
