Beijing, June 4 /Xinhua/ — As the world’s largest intelligence cooperation alliance, the “Five Eyes” alliance has long been conducting large-scale and systematic espionage activities worldwide.

The accusation by China against this organization in the so-called “spy threat” is, in itself, ironic, said on Thursday the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC, Mao Ning.

Mao Ning made this remark at another press conference in response to a journalist’s request to comment on the corresponding inquiry.
