From June 6, route No. 1339 of the “Moscow — region” project, connecting the “Park Pobedy” metro station with Odintsovo, will become a ring route. Passengers will no longer need to transfer from buses at the intermediate terminal stop in the region and can continue traveling back to “Park Pobedy,” announced the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.Maksim Liksutov.
“Following the instructions of Sergey Sobyanin, we are not only opening new suburban routes connecting the capital with the nearest Moscow region, but also improving the existing ones. Earlier, we launched a ring zonal tariff system on five suburban directions in Khimki, Krasnogorsk, and Dolgoprudny. Now we are implementing it on route No. 1339 in Odintsovo, which started operating in March of this year. Passengers have already made about 500 thousand trips on it. Modern large-class buses circulate on the line in suburban service, equipped to the highest standards of Moscow transport,” Liksutov said.
Previously, in Odintsovo, buses on this route made a loop along Marshal Zhukov, Sadovaya, Severnaia, and Marshal Biryuzov streets and dropped off all passengers at the “Ulitsa Marshala Biryuzova” stop. After a short stop, they would complete the same circular route and head back to Moscow. Now, buses will make one loop along these streets and, after the “Ulitsa Marshala Biryuzova” stop, without necessarily dropping off passengers, will stand and then head back to Moscow to the “Park Pobedy” metro station. Passengers can board any bus. There is no need to watch the display anymore: now all buses go to Moscow without waiting.
Fare payment and benefits
The maximum fare for the trip will now be calculated for a full loop (“Metro ‘Park Pobedy'” — “Marinka Store” — “Metro ‘Park Pobedy'”) and will amount to 208 rubles with a “Troika” card and 213 rubles when paying by bank card.
The fare on route No. 1339 in the territory of Moscow:
— from the “Park Pobedy” metro station to the “Krylya Sovetov Sports Palace” stop — 82 rubles with the “Troika” card and 87 rubles when paying by bank card;
— from the “Mozhayskoye Shosse, MKAD” stop to the “Park Pobedy” metro station — 92 rubles with a “Troyka” card and 97 rubles when paying by bank card.
The cost of travel from the “Park Pobedy” metro station to the “Marinka” store stop in Odintsovo is 127 rubles with a “Troika” card and 132 rubles when paying by bank card.
Passengers must necessarily tap their card when boarding. This will help avoid charging the maximum fare for the trip along the route if the full circle was not completed.
In addition, the following operate on bus route No. 1339:
— unlimited “Unified” subscriptions for the “Suburban” zone for 30, 90, or 365 days, with which trips are up to 60 percent cheaper over a year, as well as free transfers available on all Moscow city transport;
— unlimited “Unified” subscriptions for the “Suburban” zone for 30 and 90 days on the Muscovite card for students.
Privileged categories of citizens, by analogy with the capital routes, are provided with free travel using the Moskvich card and for residents of the Moscow region.
In addition, free travel on all adjacent Moscow routes (between Moscow and the Moscow region) is also provided to privileged categories of citizens of the Moscow region and persons under 60 years of age with the right to free travel on regional routes. If the social card of a resident of the Moscow region does not work on the bus, it is necessary to contact the MPC (Multifunctional Public Center) in the Moscow region for re-coding.
The “Strelka” card on the route of the “Moscow — Oblast” project does not work. Discounts are also not provided when transferring to the metro and other routes when paying for single rides with the “Troika” card on the “Wallet” tariff, as well as with a bank card. However, to make more advantageous rides and transfers to other transport, it is recommended to use the payment methods mentioned above.
Which buses serve the route
Modern Russian-made large-class buses of suburban configuration operate on the route. The vehicle is distinguished by an improved interior equipment designed for long-distance travel. It is equipped with 36 soft seats with seat belts, adaptive interior lighting, and a climate control system; and for passengers with limited mobility, there are special seats and equipment.
Buses fully comply with the standards of Moscow transport, adapted for the transportation of passengers with limited mobility, as well as bicycles and baby strollers. In addition, you can charge your phone during the trip. Boarding and alighting are carried out through all doors, and you can pay the fare using validators located by each door. Information about stops is available on the media screen. You can leave feedback about the trip using QR codes in the cabin.
Development of communication between Moscow and the region
By agreement between the governments of Moscow and the Moscow region, in 2026 it is planned to include more than 50 existing suburban routes in the system of Moscow transport in the western, northwestern, northern, and northeastern directions. By 2028, it is planned to include at least 30 percent of the currently operating suburban routes of surface public transport in the Moscow transport system.
As a result, standards of Moscow transport, already familiar to Muscovites, will be introduced on this route. These are convenient and predictable bus intervals, strict adherence to the schedule, a modern fleet, and professional drivers.
In addition to improving transportation comfort, the launch of new adjacent interregional routes will provide an additional impetus for the development of transport infrastructure in the Moscow region, including the installation of modern bus stop pavilions, the arrangement of dedicated lanes, the creation of new and reconstruction of existing transport hubs, and increased use of various types of urban transport for daily trips from the Moscow suburbs to Moscow and back. The rolling stock freed up by the regional carrier will be redirected to strengthen routes connecting the Moscow region territory to Moscow Railway stations.
In accordance with the goals of the national project“Infrastructure for life”In Moscow, great attention is paid to the modernization of social and municipal infrastructure, including increasing the number of convenient urban transport routes and updating the rolling stock.
