In Moscow, recruitment of volunteers has begun to help organize the main citywide graduation party. The long-awaited school celebration will take place on the night of June 26 to 27. For the second year in a row, it will be held at one of the most popular city venues in the capital — VDNH.
More than 250 volunteers will help in organizing the event. To join the team, it is necessary to submit an application forsiteresource center “Mosvolonter”.
“From the very first minutes of the celebration at VDNH, caring volunteers from Moscow will help the graduates. City assistants will accompany the large-scale celebration for the eighth time. They will perform the most diverse functions so that participants feel comfortable and get the maximum impression from this evening,” said the director.

How to join the volunteer corps
Volunteers aged over 18 from Moscow are invited to join the volunteer corps — help is needed during the evening and night hours. A mandatory condition for participation is attending an in-person briefing. Everyone wishing to join the team must fill out the data in the application form. When registering, participants can choose three areas in which they would like to assist — ranging from welcoming guests to helping in the interactive zone.
Volunteers will meet buses with graduates and escort them along the red carpet. They will help the guys pass through the turnstiles and check for special bracelets. In addition, volunteers will distribute bottled water to guests, talk about the evening program, and the invited stars.
At VDNH, volunteers will help with navigation — they will tell you how to get to the right area. Volunteers will accompany invited guests and organize comfortable seating for the graduates in front of the stage. To ensure the graduates feel comfortable in the photo zone, city assistants will create a festive atmosphere.
Experienced volunteers can become team leaders. To do this, when filling out the registration form, you need to express your desire and talk about your management experience using the example of several volunteer events.
Volunteers at VDNKh can be recognized by their branded equipment and badge. Volunteers who assist in organizing the city event will receive volunteer hours, which will appear in their personal account on the website mosvolonter.ru within two weeks after the event ends.

Akim Yasenko helped at the city graduation event at VDNH in 2025. This volunteer shift was truly memorable for him. Akim began his volunteer path at 15 years old, and over three years he has already participated in numerous events, so at the city graduation evening he was one of the managers of the volunteer corps.
“At such a large-scale event there were many different tasks: assistance in the event area, meeting buses, accompanying graduates home, and answering questions. With our management team, we dealt with various situations, monitored the fulfillment of each function, motivated and supported volunteers, because preparing for this event required a lot of strength, energy, and maximum involvement. This year, I plan to join the assistants’ team again and immerse myself in the incredible festive atmosphere,” shared Akim Yasenko.
