“Effective Moscow”: Businesspeople at SPIEF will be told how to increase labor productivity

In the business space “Effective Moscow,” opened within the framework of the XXIX Petersburg International Economic Forum, entrepreneurs will be able to receive individual business consultations on improvementlabor productivity, digitalization and robotization of work processes by leading experts of the Moscow Government. This was disclosed byMaria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the City.

The specialized platform “Effective Moscow” will become a point of attraction for all guests of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum who are interested in a qualitatively new approach to business development, implementing best practices for increasing labor productivity and using modern digital tools, automation, and robotics.Experts from the Moscow Government will help entrepreneurs analyze the work and companies in such areas as interaction with the external and internal environment, the efficiency of operational processes, the level of digitalization and reputational sustainability, the ability to identify and eliminate growth constraints. Entrepreneurs will be able to receive consultations on automation and digitization questions — from initial diagnostics of processes to specific solutions. Experts will analyze cases from the processing industry, including the food industry, as well as from logistics, construction, and tourism.

In addition, guests of the business space “Effective Moscow” will be able to use a catalog of the best solutions for improving the efficiency of work processes. It includes applied universal and industry-specific lean technology tools that allow optimizing internal processes, reducing losses, and increasing work speed without additional investments. The catalog also presents over 100 ready-made tools and solutions for digitalization and automation, selected for specific industries: from collaborative robots and machine vision systems to digital production monitoring platforms.

In addition, forum visitors will be able to get acquainted with the best practices for increasing labor productivity implemented by capital enterprises. Moscow has been participating in the federal project “Labor Productivity” since 2022. During this time, over 500 metropolitan companies have joined it. Most of them have already completed the implementation of lean technologies within the project, have achieved significant results, and continue to improve business processes, spreading the experience gained to other areas of business by implementing digital tools and solutions for automation and robotization of business processes. Maria Bagreeva expressed confidence that the capital’s rich experience will be useful both to entrepreneurs from other regions of Russia and to foreign guests of the SPIEF.
