Specialistsurban economy complexconstructed the sewer pumping station “Krasnoe” in the Troitsky administrative district. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of MoscowPetr Biryukov.
“After the annexation of the new territories to the capital, a comprehensive inventory and survey of the drainage systems were carried out. As a result, a number of problematic areas were identified, and a decision was made to carry out modernization. In May of this year, the construction of a new sewer pumping station ‘Krasnoe’ in TiNAO was completed, with a capacity of one thousand cubic meters per day. Currently, commissioning work and construction of network infrastructure are underway,” said Petr Biryukov.
The implementation of the project has allowed to increase the reliability of the operation of the drainage system and to provide the necessary capacity reserve.
Specialists installed three submersible pumps with increased energy efficiency, a modern gas cleaning system. Construction of discharge pressure pipelines with a total length of almost 2.5 kilometers is currently underway. To protect the pumping equipment from clogging, special crushers were installed.
After completion of all works, the obsolete co-named treatment facilities will be taken out of operation.
Domestic materials and equipment were used in the construction, including automation and dispatching systems.
