The beauty, expanses, and wide avenues of Avtograd were appreciated by the guests, who visited the observation deck of the business center “2.18,” and then strolled along Central Street – one of the oldest streets in the city with a 400-year history, which was established back in 1628. The film crew also visited the Gabdulla Tukay embankment. On the same day, the host Anzhelika Stubaylo tried her hand at preparing a Tatar national dish – the multilayer pie Qubadı. The head chef of one of the city restaurants rated the culinary skills of the guest as “excellent.”
The introduction to the film crew with the “KAMAZ” traditionally began with a visit to the Visit Center. The guests also visited the site of the Scientific and Technical Center. Attention was given to the KAMAZ automotive exhibition, demonstrating the company’s wide capabilities in the production of vehicles for various sectors of the country’s economy. Special interest was aroused by the unmanned vehicle MAYAK 2, built on the basis of the KAMAZ-54901 highway tractor.
Anzhelika Stubailo will share her impressions of riding in the KAMAZ driverless truck as part of the travel show “Who Goes Where.” The program about KAMAZ and Naberezhnye Chelny will air on the TNT channel on June 20.
By the way, the initiative to visit Avtograd and ride the unmanned KAMAZ came from the authors of the popular program, and the company supported the idea.
