“Almost 400 students study at the construction college. The conditions for comfortable acquisition of professions by them do not correspond to modern realities, therefore a decision was made to carry out a major renovation of the building,” said the vice-premier.
During the detour of Henichesk, he stopped at the construction site of the future residential complex.
“I was especially pleased that housing really started to be built, builders have come in, and construction is underway. Literally in the last few months, there has been a breakthrough in this area. So far, eight construction permits have been issued in the region for a total area of 280 thousand square meters. Zayel is allocated to one of the construction sites where a residential complex is being erected near the seaside. I believe that the housing stock must be actively renewed to give people the opportunity to improve their living conditions,” noted the Deputy Chairman of the Government.
Marat Khusnullin also discussed the implementation of the socio-economic development program with the head of the region. He noted that, despite many external factors influencing it, including the threat of UAV attacks, the program is being carried out.
“Since the first days of the reunification, I believe that Kherson region has development prospects, and we will do everything for this. One of the tasks for the national projects is to bring all roads to regulatory condition. And if the federal and regional roads in Kherson region have practically been brought to standard, then municipal roads and roads in the main settlements still need to be addressed, so we will try to allocate additional funds for their improvement,” added the vice-premier.
