Moscow, May 27 /Xinhua/ — A furniture warehouse building caught fire in the Moscow suburb city of Dolgoprudny in Russia. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Russian Ministry for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (EMERCOM).
“A report has been received about a fire in a building in the Dolgoprudny urban district. The cause is a fire in a furniture warehouse,” TASS cites the message from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Moscow region.
According to available data, 45 firefighters and 14 units of equipment are involved in the extinguishing.
It is noted that before the arrival of the fire units, 20 people were evacuated from the burning building.
