Moscow, May 26 /Xin Hua/ — Six people, including four children, died during a fire in the Russian Omsk region. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Regional Criminal Investigation Department.

As reported, the fire occurred in a private house in the village of Yuryevka, Omsk region. “During the fire, a 25-year-old homeowner, her one-year-old son, and two daughters aged two and five, as well as a 35-year-old friend with a 14-year-old son, died,” the press service of the SUSK stated.

An investigative team is working at the scene, conducting an inspection of the house and interviewing neighbors. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified. A criminal case has been initiated under the article “causing death by negligence.” –0–
