Submitting documents to a university online will become easier. The Russian Ministry of Education and Science has launched a Unified Contact Center for applicants participating in the admission campaign for the 2026/27 academic year through the superservice “Admission to university online.”

Now the applicant has a clear route: if a question arises, there is no need to search for the answer in various sources. One can call or write to the contact center and clarify how to submit an application, check the status of documents, complete the necessary stage, or resolve a technical problem.

Such support is especially important during the peak of the admissions campaign, when deadlines are tight, there are many questions, and a mistake in the documents can cost time. The contact center will help applicants and their parents go through the process more calmly from submitting the application to the final stages of admission.

You can contact specialists by phone at 8 800 444 51 15 or by email at priem@minobrnauki.gov.ru. The line currently operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00. From June 1 to November 30, 2026, consultations will be available around the clock.

The GUU recommends that applicants use the Unified Contact Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia when applying through the “Admission to Universities Online” superservice.
