The documentary film “Last Strike,” co-produced by China and Russia, will be simultaneously broadcast on May 20 on the CCTV-4 channel (the international CGTN channel) and the Russian TV channel RT.
The film consists of three 30-minute episodes: “On the Eve,” “The Fierce Battle,” and “Victory.” Using documentary footage, valuable archival materials, and expert interviews, the film’s main storyline presents the joint combat actions of Soviet and Chinese troops, accurately recreating the decisive final battle on the primary theater of military operations in Asia during World War II.
