Tbilisi, May 19 /Xin Hua/ — In January-April 2026, the largest importers of Georgian goods were Kyrgyzstan, China, and Azerbaijan. This was reported on Tuesday by the National Statistics Service of Georgia /Geostat/.
According to departmental data, for the reporting period, exports from Georgia to Kyrgyzstan amounted to 272.8 million US dollars, to China — 255.1 million dollars, to Azerbaijan — 211.3 million dollars. The share of the ten largest importing countries accounted for 72.1% of Georgia’s total exports.
Regarding the import of goods from Georgia, in the first four months, the share of the ten largest exporting countries in Georgia’s total imports was 70.5%. The top three in terms of export volume of goods to Georgia were Turkey with 903.1 million dollars, Russia with 766.3 million dollars, and China with 678.2 million dollars. –0–
