On April 1, within the framework of educational cooperation between LG Electronics and the Marketing Institute of GUU, 4th-year students presented their projects on the development and promotion of lean packaging to the experts.

Students prepared seven proposals for sustainable packaging containing public benefit and considering the importance of sustainable development. Future marketers and brand managers gained valuable experience from presentations, demonstrating their creative ideas from goal setting to competitive environment analysis. Experts highly rated the original developments, useful solutions, and visual design of the projects. Receiving feedback with an emphasis on growth points, students proceeded to refine the projects to present the final versions at the concluding defense stage.

A creative assignment for students of the Marketing Institute was launched as an initiative of the LG youth club, aimed at developing useful skills and acquiring relevant knowledge.

The plan for further cooperation includes conducting media laboratories in the company’s office and its partners, focusing on studying current PR technologies, involving students in the company’s social initiatives, as well as visiting cultural institutions supported by LG, such as the Pushkin Museum.

By examples of the company’s communication initiatives, students learn how the combination of creative approach, relevant agenda, and working with opinion leaders from various fields helps to form a sustainable audience interest in the economy of attention era, as well as how sincerity, emotional involvement, and meaningful content become key tools for effective and long-term dialogue with society.

Let us remind you that in March of this year, a lecture by the senior PR/ESG director of LG Electronics in Russia, Tatyana Shanese, took place, and students visited a round table at the company’s office in Moscow.
