A leading Russian automotive manufacturing company will present high-tech KAMAZ tractors of the K5 generation at the international industrial exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia,” which will take place from April 20 to 22 in Tashkent.
The exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia” will be held in Tashkent for the sixth time. Several hundred companies, including “KAMAZ”, which is a regular participant of the large-scale business event, will demonstrate their solutions here. This year, the company’s exhibition will feature the flagship of the newest K5 model range –Highway tractor KAMAZ-54901 (4×2). The leader in Russian truck manufacturing is ready to supply one of the most sought-after models in the modern product lineup to the friendly Republic of Uzbekistan, promoting the development of logistics services and the growth of the region’s economy.
This model was launched on the market in 2020 and is currently produced on an updated sanction-resistant component base. The vehicle quickly gained consumer trust, becoming especially in demand in the Russian logistics services market. The high demand for the K5 flagship from carriers is due to its operational and consumer properties. The highway tractor is equipped with a KAMAZ inline six-cylinder engine (“Euro-5”) with a displacement of 13 liters, a power of 482 hp, and a torque of 2403 Nm.The use of modern high-tech constructive solutions has made it possible to increase the inter-service interval to 120 thousand km, and the engine resource to 1.5 million km, while reducing fuel consumption by 10% compared to previous generation vehicles. The KAMAZ-54901 tractor is equipped with a new 12-speed automated transmission, which features a low noise level and high efficiency, allowing for reduced fuel consumption.
It is worth separately noting the modern, spacious cabin with a flat floor and two sleeping places, which provides an increased level of comfort for the driver’s work and rest. The cabin is equipped with a multimedia system with a 15.6” touchscreen display, featuring navigation functions, radio, hands-free communication systems, music playback, online or offline video viewing, vehicle parameter control, cabin heater management, and an engine preheater.
Also, at the company’s booth will be presentedweekly tractor KAMAZ-65954 (6×6)– a representative of the all-wheel drive vehicle family of the K5 generation. The model was launched into serial production in 2025 and is a novelty of the high-tech K5 model range. Cars and chassis of the all-wheel drive K5 family are designed for operation both on roads with hard surfaces and in conditions requiring high passability. They are intended for the transportation of various types of cargo, operation as part of road trains with a total mass of up to 100 tons, and installation of special and specialized equipment.
