In five years of operation, the public-legal company “Unified Customer in the Construction Sphere” has completed the construction, reconstruction, and restoration of more than 10 facilities for museum complexes. This was reported by Deputy Chairman of the Government Marat Khusnullin.
“May 18 is celebrated as International Museum Day. The creation of modern museum infrastructure is an important part of the comprehensive development of Russian regions. Such work also allows for the preservation of unique monuments of history and culture, the creation of comfortable and modern spaces for educating citizens and for the work of museum staff, fostering youth and developing tourism. Russia’s construction complex implements large-scale projects for the construction, reconstruction, and restoration of museum facilities.”Over the past five years, with the participation of the company “Unified Customer in the Construction Sector,” work has been completed on more than 10 facilities in various regions of the country,” said Marat Husnullin.
Among the landmark completed cultural facilities are new buildings of the State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky in Kaluga, the Tretyakov Gallery on the Kadashevskaya Embankment in Moscow, the Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad, the Ryazan Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve, a branch of the Russian Ethnographic Museum in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, reserves for the museum “Chersonesus Taurica” in Sevastopol and Kunstkamera in Saint Petersburg, two buildings of the Leo Tolstoy Estate Museum in Yasnaya Polyana in the Tula region, the building of the local history museum in Mariupol, and others.
All work is carried out taking into account modern safety requirements, technological equipment, and the preservation of the historical appearance of the objects.

Creating comfortable and modern infrastructure around such facilities directly affects the quality of the urban environment. The company continues systematic work on the creation and renovation of museum buildings in Russian cities. Currently, specialists from the “Single Customer” are constructing, reconstructing, and restoring several significant cultural sites simultaneously.”In 2026, it is planned to commission a new branch of the State Historical Museum in Moscow, the buildings of the fund storage and restoration workshops on the territory of the L.N. Tolstoy museum-estate in Yasnaya Polyana, Moscow Political Museum,” said Karen Oganesyan, General Director of PPK “Unified Customer.”
Work is carried out in close cooperation with federal agencies and regions of Russia.
