LLC “SETrans”, a subsidiary of “KAMAZ”, participated as an employer in a specialized job fair for veterans of the special military operation and their family members.
Specialists of a subsidiary company of the automotive giant, specializing in the servicing of KAMAZ buses and electric buses, took part in the regional stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair for participants of the SVO. The event was held in Moscow at the Practical Training Center “Professions of the Future” and became a platform for direct dialogue with job seekers interested in stable employment at a high-tech enterprise.
The company “SETRANS” has offered vacancies for work at a modern passenger transport maintenance and repair station KAMAZ: auto mechanic, auto electrician, maintenance and repair master of motor vehicles, driver-relayer. The feature of the offered jobs is a high degree of employee responsibility, since the quality and work directly affects the safety of city transport passengers.

The company already has positive experience in employing a participant of the SVO: recently, a candidate who responded directly to the vacancy for the position of “controller-receiver,” without intermediaries from employment services, joined. His responsibilities include the acceptance of vehicles for technical maintenance, working with specialized software, and preparing reports.
During the event, specialists from the personnel management department of LLC “SETrans” conducted preliminary interviews and exchanged contacts with applicants in anticipation of their further participation in the candidate selection procedure for filling vacant positions in the company.
