Lyu Ninbo was born in 1990. 12 years ago, she worked as a wedding organizer in one of the agencies in Changsha. At that time, a photojournalist from the “Xinhua” agency captured her work moments using a camera. Today, she has become a representative of a foreign company in China and is engaged in promoting humanitarian and cultural exchanges between China and Russia.
Speaking about changing professions, Liu Ninbo recalls that once she participated in an event of the Shanghai cooperation organization, where she met several Russian friends. Later, a Russian company planned to open its office in China, and thanks to the trust accumulated over many years of cooperation, she successfully obtained this position.
From the thorough elaboration of every detail of the wedding ceremonies to the coordination of interaction between Chinese and Russian companies — Liu Ningbo believes that the main qualities indispensable in these two professions, with experience, and most importantly among them — is a sense of responsibility. It is acknowledged that the biggest difficulty in her current work lies in cultural differences.
Looking into the future, she says: “I am ready for any changes. I feel that I have enough strength to cope with any changes.”
