Beijing, April 29 /Xin Hua/ — China and Australia must stand together on the right side of history and on the side of multilateralism, jointly protecting the global system of free trade, stability, and uninterrupted functioning of production and supply chains, as well as play a constructive role in the political resolution of “hot spot” problems, contributing to the construction of a more just and reasonable system of global governance. This was stated on Wednesday by China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

Van Yi, who is also a member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, made a corresponding statement in the context of the 8th round of the China-Australia diplomatic and strategic dialogue, which he held in Beijing together with the Australian Minister of Foreign Affairs Penny Wong. –0–
