Moscow, 2026 — A new thematic exhibition dedicated to the legendary State Academic Ensemble of Folk Dance named after Igor Moiseyev has opened in the Moscow Metro.

The exhibition is located in the corridor between the “Dinamo” station of the Zamoskvoretskaya line and the “Petrovsky Park” station of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya line. Passengers can familiarize themselves with the creative heritage of the outstanding choreographer, founder of the Igor Moiseyev ensemble, and the unique style of the collective, which became a symbol of Russian dance culture worldwide.
The exhibition includes 30 models with bright photographs of ensemble scenes. Among the presented works:
— a suite of ancient Russian dances
— legendary “Yablochko”
— Chinese ribbon dance
— “Polovtsian Dances”
— Argentine folk dance “Gaucho”
The exhibition will be open for visits until May 11 inclusive.
The project continues the cultural program of the Moscow Metro, aimed at introducing passengers to outstanding achievements of national art.
