Beijing, April 25 /Xinhua/ — As of the end of 2025, China had 373 Chinese-foreign joint educational institutions and programs offering master’s education and above. Among them, 69 programs offer doctoral education, according to a report from an analytical center published on Saturday.
Cooperative education between China and foreign countries has entered a new phase of higher quality development, according to the report titled “Education in China: Contributing to Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.”
At the same time, the focus of the work shifted from the traditional “knowledge transfer” to a model oriented towards joint innovations and the incubation of research results, and a rapid development of master’s and doctoral programs is observed, the report says.
