In the KAMAZ development block, preparation is underway for World Labour Day. The occupational safety and fire safety group conducted training for the junior management personnel.
Masters and laboratory heads were invited to assess their strengths in the role of a state labor inspector.“Training participants, having found themselves on the other side of the ‘barricade’, not only tested their knowledge in document handling, but also assessed the violations that could be allowed in the workplace.”, – explainedorganizer, group leader Gulshat Ayupova.
Each of the four participant commissions inspected the production areas and workplaces, and then in the office of the shop chief checked the correctness of document completion, including the conduct of briefings on labor protection for certain employees. It was necessary to identify and record violations in the prescription form indicating fines for the official in accordance with the RF Code on Administrative Offenses.
As a result of the training, everyone received information about the consequences that managers face in case of detecting violations of occupational safety requirements. The best participants were also identified; they will be awarded at the meeting on the eve of World Occupational Safety and Health Day.
