On April 20, the Week of Nationwide Reading was launched at the Center for Party and Public Work of the Aishuoy district of the city of Hayshe. During the event, held under the motto “Book Hayshe: Understanding Aishuoy through Reading,” a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Hayshe and Blagoveshchensk — “Partnership Program in the Field of Reading.”

Within the framework of the Week of Nationwide Reading, about 30 thematic events are planned, including a joint reading of Chinese and Russian classical literature, excursions to places related to revolutionary history, youth meetings, and discussions. This event is part of the implementation of the Reading Partnership Program between two cities of China and Russia: Russian experts and readers are invited to use reading to build a bridge of friendship between our countries. According to reports, the events will continue until April 26.
