Saint Petersburg State Architectural and Construction University in accordance with Article 332 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federationand related to the presence from 1 September 2026 year of vacant professorial and teaching staff positionsIn the 2026/2027 academic year, a competitive selection is announced for the filling of positions:

By departments:

  • urban planning;

  • design of the architectural environment;

  • reinforced concrete and stone structures;

  • Histories and theories of architecture;

  • Histories and philosophies;

  • landscape architecture;

  • mathematicians;

  • intercultural communication;

  • management in construction;

  • metallic and wooden structures;

  • ground transport and technological machine;

  • descriptive geometry and engineering graphics;

  • organizations of construction;

  • jurisprudence;

  • legal regulation of urban planning activities and transport;

  • drawing;

  • construction mechanic;

  • construction physics, electrical power engineering and electrical engineering;

  • forensic examination;

  • heat and gas supply and ventilation;

  • technical operation of vehicles;

  • construction production technologies;

  • technology of building materials and metrology;

  • information technology and mathematical modeling;

  • at the information security;

  • transport systems and road and bridge construction;

  • Economics of construction and housing and communal services.

The term for which the employment contract will be concluded for each of the above-mentioned positions corresponds to the term of election by competition, – three years (until August 31, 2029).

The competition procedure is defined by the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated December 4, 2023, No. 1138 “On approvalProvisions on the procedure for filling positions of pedagogical workers related to the teaching staffи“Regulations on the organization and procedure for competitive selection for the positions of teaching staff at SPbGASU(Approved by the decision of the Academic Council of SPBGASU dated June 27, 2024, protocol No. 6 (with amendments as of April 24, 2025)).

Qualification requirements are defined:

  • The unified qualification reference book for positions of managers, specialists, and employees (approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation dated January 11, 2011 No. 1n);

  • Requirements for conducting the competitive selection of PPS SPbGASU (approved by the decision of the Academic Council of SPbGASU dated April 23, 2026, protocol No. 7).

To participate in the competitive selection, it is necessary on timefrom April 23 to May 25, 2026also to submit electronically via the personal account portal (https://portal.spbgasu.ru/– for employees of SPBGASU,https://konkurspps.spbgasu.ru/– for applicants who are not employees of SPBGASU) the following documents:

  • statement in the name of the university rector;

  • copy of the higher education document;

  • Copy of the candidate’s/doctor’s diploma (if available);

  • copy of the associate professor/professor’s certificate (if available);

  • documents confirming experience in scientific and pedagogical work (certificate of pedagogical experience or a copy of the employment record book, certified at the place of work) — for applicants who are not regular employees of SPbGASU;

  • a list of scientific and educational-methodical works for the last three years;

  • Consent to the processing of personal data

  • documents confirming the absence of restrictions on employment activities in the field of education (certificate of no criminal record).

The procedure and deadlines for making changes to the competition conditions, as well as its cancellation:

  • Amendments to the terms of the Competition, as well as its cancellation, are formalized by an order of the rector by May 26, 2026.

The competition will be held in person.
