Deputy Chairman of the Government Tatyana Golikova congratulated the A.I. Burnazyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center on its 80th anniversary and the 120th anniversary of A.I. Burnazyan’s birth. As part of the celebration, a monument was unveiled to Avetik Ignatyevich Burnazyan – an outstanding organizer of healthcare, the founder of domestic radiation medicine and safety, and the first head of the Third Main Directorate under the Ministry of Health of the USSR A.I.
