A new exit from the Northern Butovo district to Novobutovskaya Street will appear. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
“In the South-Western district, on the territory of the Northern Butovo area, a new section of the Projected Passage No. 585 will be built, which will connect Novobutovskaya Street, Academician Glushko Street, and Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard. The road will be over 700 meters long. Currently, the design phase is underway, which we plan to complete next year,” said Vladimir Yefimov.
The new road will be two-lane. In addition, the relocation of utilities and landscaping of an area of about one hectare are planned here.
“Now, to get to Akademik Glushko Street from Moscow High-Speed Diameter or Warsaw Highway, drivers have to make a detour of about two kilometers. The implementation of this project will create a connection between Akademika Glushko Street and the area near the residential development, integrating local driveways into the overall transport scheme of the district,” added the head of the Department of Construction of Transport and Engineering Infrastructure of the city of Moscow.
