With the support of the Federal Industrial Development Fund, LLC “Dimitrovgrad Auto Aggregate Plant” (an enterprise of the OAT Group, included in the structure of PJSC “KAMAZ”) is successfully advancing in the implementation of an investment project for the modernization of the production of stamped parts, welding and galvanizing with the procurement of presses, robotic welding complexes, and cathodic electrophoretic coating lines.
The investment project is aimed at creating a modern production of parts and assemblies for front and rear suspensions for modern passenger cars, including those with electric motors. The modernization of production will allow the enterprise to significantly increase the competitiveness of the products manufactured and open up new prospects for cooperation with leading automakers.
At the moment, the enterprise has received and installed new technological equipment. Modern manipulators, which ensure the automation of the process of moving blanks from position to position, have been added to the presses previously put into operation. Work is being completed to connect the entire complex of installed press equipment to energy resources.
Currently, the company’s specialists are preparing for the arrival of partners to conduct joint commissioning and adjustment works. In the near future, the production line setup will be carried out to ensure its readiness for serial industrial launch.
In parallel with the launch of the stamping section at the LLC “DAAZ” site, construction and installation work is underway for the further assembly and commissioning of welding robotic complexes and a cathodic coating line.
