Ruslana Bulakh, a student of the Marketing Institute of the State University of Management and founder of the animal donor assistance portal “Odnoi Krovi,” has become a member of the Youth Chamber of “Delovaya Rossiya.”
In 2026, Ruslana became the winner of the federal youth entrepreneurship competition “Create OURS,” held with the support of “Delovaya Rossiya”. The student of GUU became the author of the portal “One Blood,” which helps save the lives of domestic animals by simplifying the search for donor blood.
As a result of the competition, Ruslana Bulakh became the winner and received an invitation to join the Youth Chamber to promote her initiative. Membership in this organization gives her the opportunity to influence the development of veterinary medicine and animal blood donation at the level of the business community. The Chamber is already working on regulating business in this area.
“Delovaya Rossiya” is a Russian public organization that protects the interests of entrepreneurs working in the non-resource sector of the economy. It unites more than 10,000 entrepreneurs. The Youth Chamber is a project aimed at helping communities of young entrepreneurs influence decision-making in the field of state youth policy.
GUU actively cooperates with “Business Russia”: joint projects are being implemented to develop students’ entrepreneurial skills, and joint programs are being launched. At the Higher School of Business and Technology of GUU, a basic department of “Business Russia” operates, which coordinates joint projects and provides support in the field of business education and management.
