The design of the apartment building has been approved for implementation renovation programs in the Yuzhnoye Tushino area of the North-Western Administrative Okrug of the capital. It will be built at: Lodochnaya Street, land plot 13/1. This was reported by the chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza) Ivan Shcherbakov.
“The project involves the construction of a one-section building on a land plot of about 0.6 hectares on the site of a five-story residential building included in the renovation program. According to the documentation, the new building will have 165 apartments with a total area of about 11,000 square meters. Four of them are designed taking into account the needs of people with limited mobility,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
On the first floor and in the annex to the building, there are premises intended for public and commercial use — their area is almost 400 square meters. A center for informing the population about resettlement under the renovation program will also operate there.
A parking garage will be equipped on the basement floor. The building will have four elevators, one of which will allow descent to the parking lot from the residential part of the building. Two elevators are adapted for transporting people with limited mobility and firefighting units.
All entrances to the building will be at ground level, without steps or height differences. Inside, there will be double vestibules, a lobby, a concierge room, and a stroller storage area. All apartments will be delivered with finished interiors, installed plumbing fixtures, and glazed balconies and loggias. Children’s and sports playgrounds will be arranged in the courtyard.
A new building will appear in an area with developed infrastructure, near Klenovy Square on the bank of the Skhodnensky Canal. Nearby are public transport stops, educational and medical facilities, shops, and sports facilities.
