Entrepreneurs can purchase two non-residential properties at municipal auctions premises next to the Nekrasovka metro station. The free-purpose facilities are located on the first floor of a modern apartment building. This was reported by the head of the city’s Department of Competitive Policy Kirill Purtev.
“For businesses focused on the everyday needs of customers, location is important: it is convenient for visitors when they can get the required service within walking distance from home. Entrepreneurs can select a site for such a project through city auctions. Two commercial premises with areas of 121.7 and 189.3 square meters have been put up for auction on Rozhdestvenskaya Street. They may interest entrepreneurs who plan to open a store, beauty salon, repair workshop, or another organization. The unrestricted designation allows choosing the business direction, and different sizes offer a suitable project format. Applications for participation in the auctions are accepted from both individuals and legal entities until October 29,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at: Rozhdestvenskaya Street, house 31. The seller of the property is a capital city Department of Urban Property.
Open auctions will be held on November 10 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required for participation.
