An important task of Moscow’s budget is comprehensive support for participants of the special military operation and their families. Sergey Sobyanin reported this on his channel in in the messenger “Max”.
“It includes social benefits and a wide range of additional social support measures. These include a monthly allowance for the child, exemption from payment for kindergarten and additional classes, as well as meals in schools and colleges,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

The budget draft includes funds in the required amount for comprehensive support of participants in the special military operation and their family members.
The continuation of all established social payments to participants in the special military operation (SMO), as well as the provision of a wide range of additional social support measures to their families, will continue.
For over three years, the Unified Support Center for participants of the SVO and their family members has been operating in the capital. Here, SVO participants and their relatives receive the necessary comprehensive support. The center offers various services, including legal and psychological consultations, assistance with arranging social support measures, guidance on rehabilitation and prosthetics issues, career counseling, selection of retraining programs, and support in employment, as well as other assistance aimed at the rapid adaptation and return to peaceful life of former servicemen.
“In 2027, we plan to complete the comprehensive reconstruction of the Social Rehabilitation Center for Veterans. It will become a platform for social integration and support for veterans of the special military operation,” said Sergey Sobyanin.
