Another apartment building will be constructed in the northwest of Moscow within the framework of renovation programs. The building will be located at: Pokhodny Proezd, land plot No. 9/1. This was reported by the chairman of the Moscow City Committee on pricing policy in construction and state examination of projects (Moskomexpertiza) Ivan Shcherbakov.
“The positive conclusion of the state expert review has been received for the project of a single-section residential building in the Yuzhnoye Tushino district. It is planned to be constructed on a land plot of about 0.4 hectares in place of a four-story building from 1961 included in the renovation program. The building is designed to have 205 apartments with a total area of over 12 thousand square meters,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
According to the documentation, the first floor of the new building is allocated for non-residential premises of approximately 400 square meters. A public information center will operate here, and later various commercial enterprises will open.
To retain heat inside the building, the main entrance will be equipped with a double vestibule. Next to the lobby there will be a stroller storage room and a concierge’s office. Two of the four elevators will be adapted for transporting people with limited mobility. One of them will allow access to the underground parking.
The new residents will receive apartments with finished interiors, installed plumbing, and glazed balconies. The courtyard will be equipped with one sports ground and three children’s playgrounds, as well as a place for quiet relaxation.
The house will be built in an area with developed infrastructure near the natural monument “Skhodnensky Kovysh.” In addition, there are public transport stops, a school, and shops nearby.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about a million Muscovites and involves the resettlement of 5,176 houses. Earlier, Sergey Sobyanin instructed to increase the pace of the renovation program’s implementation in twice. He also mentioned that thanks to the original architecture house under the renovation program became a new landmark of the Tsaritsyno district.
