In Moscow, representatives of 44 industrial dynasties were honored, their combined service amounting to more than three thousand years. Employees of 28 metropolitan enterprises received commemorative photo albums and letters of gratitude for their significant personal contributions to the city’s industrial development, high professionalism, and many years of conscientious work. This was reported by the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the city’s Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. Anatoliy Garbuzov.
The “Moscow Industry Dynasty” project has been implemented since 2022. Nearly 180 families have already become participants.
“By the order of Sergey Sobyanin, a month of industry is being held in the capital, and one of its key events is the honoring of labor dynasties. Such families form the personnel foundation of Moscow’s factories: experience, skill, and responsible attitude to work here are passed down from generation to generation. This year, awards were given to representatives of 44 dynasties from 28 enterprises, with a combined service of more than three thousand years,” noted Anatoly Garbuzov.
Among the dynasties are families whose members have worked for decades in the cable and aviation industries, engine manufacturing, elevator construction, and other sectors. For example, at the Moscow cable factory “Moskabelmet,” the Bokaryov-Molchanov dynasty works. Its members have dedicated 195 years to the enterprise, and some family members continue to work here today. They have mastered a wide range of specialties — from workers to engineering and management positions.
The history of the Rusakov dynasty at the engine-building company “ODK-Salyut” began in 1925. At that time, a turner-finisher Maxim Rusakov joined the factory, whose skill set a high standard for the following generations. 10 representatives of the dynasty have devoted a total of 284 years to the factory. Among the family members are turner-finishers, whose work requires precision to tenths of a micron, as well as engineers, electroplaters, and inspectors. Their achievements have been recognized with state awards, and their developments are patented.
In addition, several dynasties work at the Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant (KMZ) — a manufacturer of elevators and a resident of the SEZ “Technopolis Moscow.” The history of the Rybakov family at the plant began in 1950, when it was founded. Various generations of the Rybakovs mastered professions ranging from electricians to workshop workers. The Baychurins dynasty has been working at KMZ since 1983, and today representatives of the second generation of the family are employed in the team.
The award ceremony took place as part of Industry Month, which Sergey Sobyanin previously spoke about. The program includes more than 25 events for business representatives, students, young professionals, ordinary city residents, and tourists. The capital will host Moscow Investment and Industrial Forum, career day, over 20 tours to modern high-tech production facilities, All-Russian hackathon and open educational lectures. For the first time, Moscow will also host International Forum of Special Economic Zones. Among his guests are partners from the BRICS countries, the Eurasian Economic Union, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Moscow is the largest industrial and scientific-engineering center in Russia. About 150 high-tech enterprises open annually in the city. Today, manufacturers have access to more than 20 effective support measures, including a program for reimbursement of interest on investment loans, tax benefits, and other tools.
