Since the beginning of the year, five educational facilities have already appeared in the Kommunarka district. Among them is the kindergarten “Zhemchuzhina” for 150 pupils. It is located at: block 160, building 1v, structure 5. Sergey Sobyanin mentioned this on his channel on in the “Max” messenger.
“The kindergarten is built as a building ascending in steps. The facades were decorated with hand painting and the rare technique of ‘sgraffito’,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

Materials of domestic production were used for construction. This made it possible to reduce the duration of the work due to established logistics.
“In the three-story building, rooms were arranged for groups, a gymnasium and music halls, a medical unit, and a room for developmental activities. A cozy area for the toddlers’ walks was also developed,” added the Mayor of Moscow.
