The cultural center “Atmosphere” invites you to an open breakdancing class “Groove and Movement.”
Participants will get acquainted with hip-hop culture and learn the basics of one of the most dynamic street styles. The class will cover the basic structure of breaking: the upper level (top rock), footwork, and elements of the downrock, including simple power moves and freezes.
Special attention will be paid to musicality: participants will learn to read beats, highlight accents, and synchronize movements with the rhythm.
The class is aimed at developing coordination, balance, and body control.
