In the capital, enrollment has opened for the free online additional professional education program “Public Capital Laboratory: forming the coordinate system of the business of the future.” It was developed by the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “Public Capital,” the Human Resources Services Department of the Moscow Government, and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives for representatives of small, medium, and large businesses in Russia.
The program will help entrepreneurs learn how to apply the business social capital standard and prepare non-financial reporting. The standard allows for a comprehensive assessment of companies’ contributions to social well-being, sustainable territorial development, and human capital, as well as their responsible approach to the environment.
During the training, participants will prepare non-financial reporting for their organization or refine the existing one according to the standard. In addition, they will get acquainted with the experience of leading specialists, receive recommendations and feedback from experts, which will help identify growth points and achieve set goals more effectively.
Practical sessions make up 75 percent of the program. Participants can expect laboratories, expert workshops, individual and group project work, as well as assignments for self-study.
Program graduates will become experts in the field of business social capital. They will learn how to properly prepare non-financial reports, master the procedure for calculating social capital indicators, and become acquainted with the best company practices for implementing the standard. At the end of the training, participants will receive a certificate of advanced training from the University of the Moscow Government, which oversees the capital Personnel Services Management.
The sessions will take place online from November 23 to December 25. Participation is free, but places are limited. You can find out more details and apply until October 30 on the website programs.
